Along with an easy communication style and informal tone, we developed an easy-to-understand explainer video, packaging, website, vehicle branding and a detailed WhatsApp experience to guide users. Bearing in mind that ChatBack is about convenience, we provided multiple ways of accessing the service... a simple click through, a QR code, and SMS short codes that trigger an automatic WhatsApp activation. Every brand touch point was considered to maintain the "Keep it simple" ethos.
